Shakedown

Officers turn a drug buyer upside to keep evidence from disappearing as the subject swallows the rock cocaine. The cops were in for a surprise as their subject, who at first looked like a young man was in fact a woman. A woman who'd given birth, by caesarian, just 5 days ago and left her newborn unattended in a rooming house to buy crack. The unorthodox efforts to remove the crack from her mouth resulted in some stitches coming loose. The child was recovered by social services, unharmed.
