A Miami native, Aixa Montero Holt has been photographing South Florida for 20 years.

Starting with sports photography as a University of Miami student, she went on to shoot for the Miami News, Miami Herald, Hollywood Sun-Tatler, South Dade News Leader and was the photo editor at the Daily Business Review, an American Lawyer Media publication.

She has been published in Newsweek, the National Law Journal, The Fulton County Report and the Florida Humanities Magazine.
